Customer satisfaction survey as input for improvement projects

In the LEAN implementation Wouter Witzel recently conducted a customer satisfaction survey under a selection of key accounts. The aim of this research is to determine where the focus of demand projects should lie.

The majority of the assessments were positive, the actual remed actions were started. More than a few months will be a measure of measuring our obligations.

All in all a positive next step in the implementation of the LEAN philosophy.
